The Permanent Representation of the Federal Republic of Germany to the European Union auctions the following vehicles specified in the following attachment:

Important notes:

The sales take place against the highest bid under immediate and complete payment of the purchase price. In addition to the purchase price, the value-added tax (V.A.T) still needs to be paid to the Belgian government  (not applicable for diplomats and other privileged persons).

The vehicle can be viewed until 10.02.2022 (by appointment only phone +32-2-787-1910) to be inspected. An inspection of the vehicle before bidding is always recommended.

Offers must be received by the Permanent Representation on or before 11.02.2022 / 12:00 using the following bidding form (Gebotsabgabe KV3735, 3736 2xBMW 530e.pdf) in a sealed envelope.

After evaluation of the received offers on 11.02.2022, the winning bidder (= the bidder with the highest offer) will be notified.

A separate notification to the other bidders will not be issued. Each bidder may inquire about the outcome of the procedure as of 14.02.2022.

Some formalities (customs clearance, car passport) can only be carried out after the signing of the purchase contract. The handover of the vehicle to the buyer takes place approx. 4 weeks after signing the purchase contract.

The vehicle will be deregistered at the time of purchase. Handover will take place in Brussels. The collection and transfer are to be organized by the buyer.
